Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse.
• Coordinate shelving and inventory management of returned packages, ensuring daily/weekly/monthly processing.
• Collaborate with Vietnam customer service team to ensure seamless returns workflow.
• Communicate with Shanghai headquarters to optimize returns process efficiency.
• Maintain healthy inventory turnover for returns and prevent stockpile issues.
• Report weekly and monthly progress to the Customer Service Head, with updates and improvements.
• Train local team to operate small appliances as needed.
