Job summary

Secret Recipe Cakes and Café Sdn Bhd is seeking entry-level staff for its Bandar Tasik Puteri outlet. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with a minimum qualification of SPM or above. Successful candidates will assist in serving customers, take orders, and contribute to a smooth outlet operation.

You will work closely with the supervisor to maintain SOPs, handle mise-en-place, and support daily sales targets while learning in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, attend to orders and requests promptly while practicing suggestive selling and closing.
• Prepare daily mise-en-place and manage glassware and crockery to minimise breakages.
• Work with Supervisor and team to ensure SOP compliance.
• Ensure the QSC exercise is completed within the deadline with corrective actions.
• Follow service procedures to maintain customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Assist Supervisor in achieving sales targets and preventing variances/pilferage.
• Maintain front-end equipment in good working order and safety standards.
• Provide feedback on issues and follow up until actions are completed.
• Monitor stock levels, product mix and quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Provide feedback on operational issues and follow up until corrective actions are completed.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels, product mix, and product quality.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
