Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service– Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Menu & Ordering– Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations and maintain good knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Food & Beverage Service– Serve food and beverages accurately and according to Bottega’s service standards.
• Guest Experience– Check on guests regularly and respond promptly to requests, enquiries or feedback.
• Cleanliness & Setup– Maintain clean and organised tables, service stations and dining areas before, during and after service.
• Outlet Support– Support daily restaurant operations, special events and functions as required.
• Hygiene & Safety– Follow company policies and maintain hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements
