Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a team-oriented individual to provide excellent customer service and support the daily operations of a café and studio. You will prepare beverages, greet customers, take orders, process payments, and ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.

Responsibilities include operating coffee and juicing equipment, serving food and drinks promptly, managing stock and inventory, handling opening/closing duties, and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving beverages, including coffee, tea, fresh juices, smoothies, and other menu items in accordance with Company standards
• Operating and maintaining coffee machines, juicing equipment, blenders, and other beverage preparation equipment safely and correctly
• Greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times
• Serving food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all customer-facing and preparation areas, including tables, counters, beverage stations, and service equipment
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including setup, cleaning, stock preparation, cash handling, and end-of-day duties
• Monitoring stock levels, replenishing supplies, receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, and assisting with inventory control
• Ensuring all products are displayed, stored, and handled in accordance with Company procedures and food safety requirements
• Assisting with customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Supporting the smooth operation of the studio and café by assisting colleagues and management as required
