Job summary

Crossroads Enterprise in Malaysia is seeking a barista able to prepare coffee, non-coffee beverages, and other drinks according to café SOP. You will operate coffee machines and bar equipment safely, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation and portion while maintaining a clean and well-organised bar area.

The role requires shift work including weekends and public holidays, restocking ingredients, taking customer orders and delivering friendly service, and assisting with opening and closing

• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Must be available to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Follow café rules, SOPs and assigned work schedules.
