Job summary

Generali Malaysia seeks a Vice President, Organization Development to design and drive the organization effectiveness agenda across the enterprise. You will shape workforce planning, organizational design, transformation, operating models, culture, and leadership alignment to deliver strategic objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders, advise Boards, and lead cross-functional programs to improve productivity, governance, and organizational health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior or related disciplines.
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP).
• Assess future workforce requirements, capability needs, and talent risks; enable with digital tools.
• Partner with business leaders to identify critical roles and gaps.
• Develop workforce scenarios and strategies to support growth and transformation.
• Establish governance, metrics and reporting for workforce planning.
• Design and review organizational structures to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive operating model improvements across functions and units.
