Job summary

Lazada is seeking a data-driven analytics professional to lead voucher and user incentive operations in Malaysia. You will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to design voucher mechanics, align with growth targets, and test strategies to maximize ROI.

You will own end-to-end voucher operations, monitor performance, and develop governance and dashboards. Strong Excel/SQL skills and persuasive communication are essential to drive insights and optimize spend across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, Statistics or Business Management
• 5–7 years in analytics, performance marketing or similar
• Strong data-driven insights and business acumen
• Advanced MS Excel; SQL is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
