Who we’re looking for:

• Preferably a Master’s degree in Engineering disciplines (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Sustainable Energy) or a related field.
• Less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluency in English and local language proficiency required.
• Legal right to work in the country you’re applying for (for this position relocation/visa sponsorship is not provided).
• Global mindset, a proactive approach to learning, strong interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem‑solving abilities to thrive in diverse teams.
• Bonus points if you’ve: Held leadership roles in extracurriculars (e.g. student associations). Studied or volunteered abroad—cross‑cultural experience is a big plus.
