Job summary

NTT DATA is a leading global technology services provider hiring for an IT operations and security role. You will administer SIEM, log management, and multi-tool monitoring across cloud and on-prem environments to ensure reliable service delivery.

Join a diverse team working with Splunk, SolarWinds, Imperva DAM and other security and monitoring tools. You will optimize dashboards, implement automation with Ansible and Terraform, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ITSM workflows.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of working experience in IT operations, security or DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Administer Splunk — onboarding, index management, SPL alerts and dashboard management.
• Manage SolarWinds DPM — node onboarding, thresholds and performance dashboards.
• Manage Imperva DAM — database source registration, audit policy management and compliance reporting.
• Administer Trend Micro Deep Security — platform management and policy configuration.
• Configure Cisco ThousandEyes — synthetic tests, network path monitoring and reporting.
• Administer BigFix — patch baseline configuration and compliance reporting.
• Manage configuration management and IaC using Ansible and Terraform.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Administer ITSM platform — CMDB, SLA configuration and workflows.
• Configure log aggregation across cloud and on-premises.
• Tune alert rules to reduce noise while preserving signal.
• Publish operation dashboards and service review reports.
• Identify automation opportunities across tools platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer Splunk — data source onboarding, index management, SPL alert rules and dashboard management

• Maintain and operate CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Administer ITSM platform — CMDB schema, SLA configuration, workflow management and integrations
• Configure and maintain log aggregation across cloud and on-premises environments
• Tune alert correlation rules and thresholds to reduce noise and improve signal quality
• Publish and maintain operational dashboards and produce service review reports
• Identify and implement automation and integration opportunities across the tools platform

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Configuration management — Ansible; platform automation, REST API integration and playbook management
• Infrastructure as code — Terraform; resource provisioning and configuration lifecycle
• CI/CD platforms — GitHub Actions and Jenkins; pipeline configuration and maintenance
• ITSM platforms — BMC Helix or equivalent; incident, change, problem and CMDB management
• Log aggregation — multi-source log collection, normalisation, forwarding and retention management
• Alert correlation and tuning — threshold optimisation, noise reduction and meaningful alert design
• SLA reporting and operational dashboards — report generation and service review support
