• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity coworkers.
• Inspire the team to express the IKEA identity throughout the store.
• Support competence development, talent growth, and succession planning.
• Translate local needs into inspiring solutions and engaging range presentations.
• Ensure range presentations are engaging, affordable, and aligned to lifestyle variations.
• Use layout and range presentation as commercial tools to support growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve the shopping experience and business performance.
• Stay up to date with retail trends and share insights across the IKEA network.
• Build strong partnerships across functions to deliver excellent customer experience.
