Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year in visual merchandising in fashion retail.
• Basic graphic design skills with Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing visual merchandising plans.
• Support artwork adaptation for local market needs.
• Coordinate production of in-store materials and liaise with vendors.
• Communicate artwork specs to suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor timelines and support store campaigns with store ops teams.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain merchandising project files.
