Job summary

Tong Hing Supermarkets is seeking a Merchandiser to plan, organize, and execute visual displays by category, ensuring products are showcased in a consistent, sales-driven manner aligned with the store program.

The role requires coordinating with the wholesale manager, sales and marketing teams to curate appealing layouts, manage stock levels, rotate products, and set up promotional displays and in-store tasting areas.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in retail merchandising.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple displays and promotions.
• Attention to detail for accurate labeling and layouts.
• Ability to work with wholesale, sales and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with digital tools for promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Layout & Display: arrange product categories with clear signage and attractive presentation.
• Inventory Coordination & Stock Management: monitor inventory, replenish stock, rotate products and label accurately.
• Assist marketing to set up promotional displays including digital tools.
• Tasting Area Coordination: assist in setting up the in-store tasting station and displays.
