Job summary

MEXC Group in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Strategy professional to shape VIP user engagement, activation, retention, reactivation, and conversion strategies. You will establish user segmentation and tailored operations plans to support growth and retention.

In this role, you will monitor trading data and KPI performance, collaborate with the RM team, define execution goals, and continuously review and optimize SOPs to improve efficiency and business results.

Responsibilities

• Operations Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational strategies for VIP user engagement, retention, reactivation, activation, and conversion.
• Data Analysis and Business Insights: Monitor user behavior, trading data, and AM KPI performance to identify business challenges and growth opportunities, and develop targeted improvement plans.
• Task Management and Execution: Coordinate with the RM team to assign operational tasks, define execution goals and strategies, and track task progress, completion, and execution quality.
• Performance Review and Optimization: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of operational strategies and campaigns, document effective SOPs and best practices, and continuously improve operational efficiency and business results.
