Job summary

Wine Adore in Johor Bahru is seeking a hands-on Videographer focused on performance marketing to bring ideas to life through high-quality video production.

You will plan shoots, shoot and edit content for Meta & Google ads, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and adapt visuals for vertical and horizontal formats in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of videography experience, preferably in digital marketing or ads production.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition and audio basics.
• Experience shooting for social media, short-form content, or digital ads.
• Ability to translate briefs into effective visual execution.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Wine Adore is building a modern wine experience through curated products, strong storytelling, and a growing digital ecosystem across Southeast Asia.

We're looking for a Videographer who can bring ideas to life through high-quality video production. This role focuses on planning as well as executing video shoots that support Meta Ecosystem & Google Ads, working closely with teams to produce content that is both engaging and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for marketing campaigns, primarily for Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads (YouTube, Display)
• Handle end-to-end video production including concept interpretation, shot planning, lighting, camera operation & editing
• Collaborate with social media team, product team, & event coordinator to align visuals with campaign objectives
• Produce video content optimized for different formats (vertical, horizontal, short-form, ads creatives)
• Ensure consistency in visual quality, framing, lighting, & brand direction
• Manage and maintain video equipment and shooting setupStay updated with video trends, ad formats, and platform best practices

Requirements

• Based in Johor Bahru and available for on-site work
• 1–3 years of experience as a Videographer, preferably in digital marketing, content, or ads production
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition, editing and audio basics
• Experience shooting for social media, short-form content, or digital ads
• Ability to translate briefs into effective visual execution
