Job summary

TraderTV Live is growing its Kuala Lumpur production team and seeks a Videographer & Social Content Creator for a full-time, studio-based role in Kuala Lumpur Sentral. You will operate cameras, switch live broadcasts, and craft visuals for daily shows while turning moments into engaging social clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

The candidate should be creative, eager to learn, and comfortable with production tech, eager to contribute ideas and grow with a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up cameras for our daily live broadcasts
• Live switch multi-camera broadcasts, selecting shots and reacting in real time as the show develops
• Help create great-looking shots through framing, lighting and studio setup
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, promos and original social content
• Identify great moments from the live show and turn them into compelling short-form videos
• Shoot and create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Edit and package video for social and digital distribution
• Work directly with producers and on-air talent to develop creative ideas
• Support audio, green screen, graphics and other studio production elements
• Help maintain and troubleshoot cameras, lighting and production equipment
• Bring your own ideas for how TraderTV can create better, more engaging content

We are building our Kuala Lumpur production team and are looking for a Videographer & Social Content Creator who wants to work at the intersection of live broadcasting, video production and social media.

This is a full-time, studio-based position in Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

The Opportunity

This isn't a job where you'll spend all day doing the same thing.

You'll work inside a professional live studio, operate cameras, switch live broadcasts, help create the visual look of the daily show, capture what happens behind the scenes, and turn the best moments into content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

You'll develop hands-on skills across the entire production process - from cameras, lighting and live switching to shooting, editing and social storytelling - while creating content for a large global audience.

What You'll Do

Who We're Looking For

You should be:

• Interested in both live production and short-form social content

Experience with video production, cameras, live switching, editing or social content is valuable, but attitude, creativity and willingness to learn matter just as much.
