Job summary

C&C Financial Solution seeks a talented Videographer cum Video Editor to create engaging video content for social media, branding and campaigns in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. You will manage the full production process from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality, platform-ready videos.

The role requires 3+ years in videography/editing, fluency in English and Mandarin preferred, and proficiency with industry software. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive salary and incentives.

At C&C Financial Solution, we are looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer cum Video Editor to produce engaging video content for our social media, branding and marketing activities.

You will be involved in the full video production process — from planning and filming to editing and final delivery.

If you have a strong eye for visuals, understand short-form content and know how to turn ideas into engaging videos, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for social media, branding, campaigns and company activities.
• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other digital platforms.
• Handle end-to-end video production including storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio recording and editing.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging and platform-ready videos.
• Add subtitles, transitions, sound effects, music, colour correction and basic motion graphics.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to turn content ideas into engaging visual content.
• Produce content such as promotional videos, corporate videos, interviews, educational content, testimonials and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Create strong hooks, pacing and storytelling to improve viewer engagement.
• Adapt videos into different formats, durations and aspect ratios for different platforms.
• Keep up with current social media trends, video styles and editing techniques.
• Organise and maintain raw footage, project files and media assets.
• Ensure all assigned projects are completed within agreed timelines.
• Support photography and simple visual content production when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Creative Media, Mass Communication or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in videography and video editing is an advantage.
• Proficient in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.
• Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics or animation is an added advantage.
• Familiar with DSLR / mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, framing, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content.
• Creative, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Able to receive feedback and make revisions when required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is preferred, as the role supports Mandarin-language content and target audiences.
