Job summary

Water Mates Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Video Producer to create engaging content for our swimming academy across social media and marketing channels.

You will plan, shoot, and edit videos, ensure high production quality, and tailor outputs for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. The role involves on-site shoots, collaborating with coaches, and delivering timely campaigns.

Qualifications

• Ability to create content that promotes the swimming academy, classes, promotions, and activities.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Ability to prepare videos in suitable formats and sizes for different social media platforms.
• Knowledge of current TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other video trends.
• Ability to attend shoots at the swimming academy and other locations when required.
• Ability to capture spontaneous and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Ability to coordinate with coaches and staff during filming to minimise disruption to classes.
• Ability to maintain and take proper care of cameras, microphones, lighting, and other equipment.
• Ability to organise and back up video footage and project files.
• Ability to complete video projects according to deadlines.
