Job summary

OEGroup is seeking a Video Producer to plan, create and produce engaging video content for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and other business projects.

You will develop concepts, manage production, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos that meet campaign objectives. The role requires creativity, storytelling, and proficiency with video tools, plus the ability to handle multiple projects and weekend/event coverage.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Advertising, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of video shooting and editing experience.
• Portfolio: Submission required with event coverage and promotional videos.
• Technical: Proficient in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut and camera/gear operation.

Responsibilities

• Shooting Execution: lead on-site video shooting for events (forums, press conferences, roadshows, dinners, interviews, promos, short-form content).
• Ensure high-quality footage through camera movement, framing, and composition.
• Select and organise raw footage.
• Edit video with voice-over, music, subtitles, colour correction, and basic VFX.
• Deliver polished final videos meeting campaign goals.
• Content Adaptation: tailor content for different platforms and formats (landscape/portrait).
• Produce content in 15s, 60s, and 2-min formats as required.
• Equipment Management: maintain camera, lighting, and audio gear; recommend upgrades when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with project objectives and brand requirements.
