Job summary

Dr. Paws is a fast-growing pet brand operating across three countries, selling dog and cat supplements. We need a skilled Video Editor to craft graphics and high-performing videos that boost views, engagement, and organic exposure to drive sales.

You will own end-to-end video production, use CapCut and Adobe, and analyze TikTok & Instagram performance to create data-driven, converting content in English and Bahasa Malay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on video editing experience.
• Portfolio of high performing videos.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms.
• Understands virality and builds data-driven video strategies.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (Chinese a plus).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End video editing from concept to final cut.
• Collaborate with CapCut, Adobe, and AI tools to optimize output.
• Create highly converting videos (views, engagement, sales).
• Create graphics & static images for social posts.
• Understand social media trends, music, b-roll, effects, camera angles.
• Drive organic exposure and sales through performance-driven content.

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Video Editing Experience

• Understands virality and creates videos based on data driven decisions
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (Chinese big plus)
• Highly Analytical — comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports
