Job summary

Dreamscape Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled video editor with 1–2 years of experience to produce short-form content for ads, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. You will leverage AI tools for B‑rolls, voiceovers, and workflow automation, delivering 4–5 edits weekly from briefs.

The role involves editing lingerie and womenswear content with attention to platform guidelines. Proficiency in Premiere Pro is required; After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in video editing (agency, brand, or strong freelance portfolio accepted)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects or DaVinci Resolve a plus
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real work — must show examples during interview (AI-generated B-roll, AI voiceover, or AI-assisted workflow)
• Experience with AI prompt writing for image/video generation
• Strong sense of short-form pacing: hooks, cuts, and retention editing for TikTok/Reels
• Comfortable working with lingerie and womenswear content professionally
• Able to work from written briefs and hit weekly output targets independently
• Portfolio of short-form work required with application (TikTok/Reels links accepted)

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished short-form videos for ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and e-commerce use, based on creative briefs provided
• Deliver 4–5 completed video edits per week to publishing-ready standard
• Repurpose winning ad creatives across platforms: re-cuts, resizing (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), subtitle burn-in, and platform-native adaptations
• Clip highlights from TikTok Live sessions into short-form content
• Handle color grading, sound design, music selection, and basic motion graphics (text animations, price tags, CTA elements)
• Edit content for lingerie (bras) and women's clothing with sensitivity to platform guidelines — flattering, tasteful, and ad-policy compliant

Video Editing (Core)

AI-Powered Workflow (Required, not optional)

• Use generative AI video/image tools (Kling, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, Nano Banana) to create B-roll, backgrounds, and storyboard visuals where shooting is not feasible

• Use AI voice tools (ElevenLabs or similar) for voiceovers in English, Malay, or Chinese

• Use AI for repetitive tasks: auto-captioning, silence removal, resizing, batch subtitle translation

• Proactively test new AI tools monthly and propose workflow improvements that cut editing turnaround time

Basic Videography (Secondary)

• Shoot simple in-house UGC-style content (product close-ups, unboxing, talking-head) using phone or basic camera setup when needed

• Organize and maintain the raw footage asset library with proper naming conventions and folder structure
