Job summary

Dr. Paws is a fast-growing pet brand operating across three countries, selling supplements for dogs and cats. We are seeking an experienced video editor to lead end-to-end video production and drive organic exposure and sales.

You will work with CapCut, Adobe, and AI tools to create high-performing, engaging content across TikTok and Instagram, using data-driven decisions to optimize virality and performance. English and Bahasa Malay fluency are required; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on video editing experience.
• Portfolio of high performing videos.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms.
• Understands virality and creates videos based on data driven decisions.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malay (Chinese a big plus).
• Highly analytical - comfortable reading dashboards and building simple weekly performance reports.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End video editing from concept to publish.
• Work with CapCut, Adobe, and AI tools to craft videos.
• Create graphics & static images.
• Understand social media trends, virality, music, B-roll, effects and camera positioning.
• Produce highly performing videos to drive organic exposure and sales.
