Job summary

YOUSTAR E-COMMERCE MEDIA in Malaysia is seeking a versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to create campaign visuals, shoot content, and edit videos for TikTok, Shopee, and other platforms. The role involves ideation, livestream editing, and collaboration with Operations and Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/certificate in multimedia, 0–2 years of experience, storytelling sense, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate (Multimedia background is an advantage).
• 0–2 years of experience as a Video Editor (Fresh graduates are welcome).
• Basic understanding of storytelling and video pacing.
• Self‑disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design and campaign materials for promos.
• Content shooting for social media and promotions.
• Content ideation based on trends and marketing goals.
• Video editing and posting to TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube.
• Livestream content editing for short-form videos.
• Develop TikTok sales and marketing ideas to boost conversions.
• AI content creation for TikTok yellow basket videos.
• Affiliate and promotional content creation.
• Product photography for online and offline use.
• Videography and entertainment content production.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams.
• Website development knowledge is a bonus.

Job Scope – Video Editor & Graphic Designer

• Graphic Design & Campaign Materials – Create and design all visual materials required for campaigns and promotions, including billboards, backdrops, SKU frames, promotional posters, flyers, Raya packets (sampul raya), social media graphics, and other campaign-related materials.
• Content Shooting – Shoot product and marketing content for social media and promotional purposes.
• Content Ideation – Develop creative, engaging, and entertaining content ideas based on trends and marketing objectives.
• Video Editing & Posting – Edit and publish videos across TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Channel, and YouTube.
• Livestream Content – Cut and edit livestream highlights into short-form videos for TikTok Shop and yellow basket promotions.
• TikTok Sales & Marketing – Develop creative marketing ideas and strategies to increase sales and conversions through TikTok yellow basket videos.
• AI Content Creation – Able to use AI tools to create and edit TikTok yellow basket videos, including generating content ideas, scripts, visuals, and promotional materials.
• Affiliate & Promotional Content – Develop content ideas and create marketing/promotional videos for affiliate and shop accounts.
• Product Photography – Take and edit high-quality product photos for online and offline marketing materials.
• Videography & Entertainment Content – Produce creative videos, entertainment content, and promotional materials.
• Team Collaboration – Work closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to support online and offline shop marketing activities.
• Website Development (Additional Advantage) – Basic knowledge or experience in website design/development will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
