Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a digital content creator with at least 1 year of experience to drive content across skincare, health & beauty, and FMCG campaigns. Responsibilities include creating, editing and producing high quality videos/shorts, analyzing performance metrics and SEO trends, engaging with followers, and collaborating with Marketing and KOLs to grow brand reach and GMV.

Fluency in Bahasa and English is required; hands-on with CapCut, Canva and TikTok Analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in digital content creation.
Ideally with Skincare/Health & Beauty/FMCG products.
Hands-on experience with CapCut, Canva, TikTok Analytics etc.
Deep knowledge of how Instagram and TikTok algorithms work.
Fluent in Bahasa and English.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Ideation: Lead research and development of creative content style and direction.
Creation: Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos/shorts to promote brands and campaigns.
Improve: Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement) and SEO trends to improve future content.
Collaborate: Work closely with Marketing and KOLs on content creation.
Manage and Engage: Monitor the content on accounts and engage with followers’ comments and messages.
