Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (Content Creator) to develop monthly content calendars for corporate and property projects, research market trends, audience behaviour, and support campaign planning for launches, events and branding initiatives.

You will create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms, develop captions and storytelling angles, and ensure brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Languages or related fields.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Basic to good knowledge in Canva. Comfortable using AI tools such as Chatgpt and AI-powered platforms to work.
• Good understanding of Meta, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars for corporate and property projects.
• Research market trends, audience behaviour and competitor activities.
• Develop content ideas aligned with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
• Support campaign planning for launches, events and branding initiatives.
• Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Develop social media captions, headlines and storytelling angles.
• Produce content that communicates product value, lifestyle benefits and brand stories.
• Adapt content according to different audience segments and platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and visual direction for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare creative briefs for designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies.
• Provide guidance on layout, storytelling, visual style and brand consistency.
• Review creative output to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Write marketing copy including social media captions, website articles, project brochures, newsletter articles, EDM content and campaign materials.
• Develop storytelling angles that highlight lifestyle, emotional value and customer benefits.
• Develop video concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Coordinate video production with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support shooting planning and content review.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and visual identity across communication channels.
• Develop reusable content templates and creative guidelines.
• Ensure marketing materials align with company branding standards.
