YOOTREE(MY) SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a creative Video Editor to join our team and help shape our brand through compelling video content for social media.

In this full-time role you will organize raw footage, cut and sequence scenes, and enhance audio. You will collaborate with producers and marketing to craft engaging stories, with opportunities for growth and hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in communications, film production, videography, digital media or related fields.
• Portfolio: online sample video targeting social media platforms.
• 1–2 years of video editing experience.
• 60% focus on video editing and 40% on video subscription

Responsibilities

• Organize and sort raw digital audio and video files.
• Cut, splice and sequence video clips to tell a cohesive story.
• Edit and enhance sound, dialogue and background music.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, and colour correction.

What you’ll be doing

• Organize and sort raw digital audio and video files
• Cut, splice and sequence video clips to create a cohesive story
• Edit and enhance sound, dialogue and background music
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, and colour correction
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and marketing teams on creative direction

What we’re looking for

• Education : Diploma or degree in communications, film production, videography, digital media or related fields
• Portfolio : Online products selling in social media platform sample video
• Experience Level : Must have experience in editing video for 1-2 years
• Skills Eperience : 60% on video editing and 40% on video subscription
