CRYSTAL SAFETY GLASS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a creative Video Content Creator to join our marketing team in Malaysia. You will own the full video production lifecycle—from concept through filming and editing to publish—helping to grow our brand visibility on social media.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on editing skills, storytelling expertise, and comfort appearing on camera. Collaborate with Marketing to deliver engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media campaigns.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention skills.
• Ability to script, storyboard and edit end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative video concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging scripts and storyboards.
• Handle video filming using cameras, lighting, and external microphones.
• Perform post-production editing, including video, audio, captions, transitions, and effects.
• Create engaging content that captures attention and encourages audience retention.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop content aligned with company objectives.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Content Creator to join our team!

You will be responsible for managing the full video production lifecycle — from brainstorming ideas and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and analyzing audience performance to grow our brand visibility and social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative video concepts for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging scripts and storyboards.
• Handle video filming using cameras, lighting, and external microphones.
• Perform post-production editing, including video, audio, captions, transitions, and effects.
• Create engaging content that captures attention and encourages audience retention.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop content aligned with company objectives.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Good knowledge of digital cameras, lighting equipment, and external microphones.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a good understanding of pacing, hooks, audience retention, and social media trends.
• Creative, proactive, and able to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms is an advantage.
• Portfolio of previous video/content work is highly preferred.
