Job description

The VP of Operations will be a senior executive responsible for developing and executing the organisation’s global operations strategy across supply chain, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and site operations. The role will partner closely with the executive leadership team to support business growth, margin improvement, customer satisfaction, operational transformation, and long-term scalability.

The role will oversee end-to-end planning and execution, including Sales & Operations Planning, inventory and warehouse management, manufacturing operations, strategic procurement, supplier management, and contract manufacturing. A key focus will be building an asset-light and flexible operating model through outsourcing, while driving improvements in productivity, quality, capacity utilisation, delivery performance, cost efficiency, and working capital. The position will also have responsibility for overall site operations across multiple manufacturing locations in Asia.

The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience across complex supply chain and manufacturing environments, particularly high-mix, low-volume operations. Strong expertise in lean/Six Sigma, outsourcing and contract manufacturing, strategic sourcing, financial and capital management, and operational transformation is required. The successful leader will combine strong commercial and financial acumen with a people-focused leadership style, building high-performing teams while driving continuous improvement, organisational capability, succession planning, and operational excellence.
