  • Ability to develop and influence senior leadership teams.
  • Experience working across different countries and cultures.
  • Hands-on leadership style with strategic orientation.
  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or related discipline.

  • Lead operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites within the region.
  • Develop and execute the regional operations strategy in alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Act as a senior leader and change agent, influencing stakeholders across different markets and organisational levels.

You will be a seasoned operations leader with significant experience managing multi-site operations, ideally within a complex international organisation.You should bring:

  • Significant leadership experience in regional or multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • A strong track record of improving operational performance and delivering measurable business results.
  • Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, service, quality and growth
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and influence senior leadership teams.
  • Experience working across different countries and cultural environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while remaining close to the operation.
  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
