The role partners with the executive team to drive growth, margin improvement, customer satisfaction, operational transformation, and scalable performance through lean/Six Sigma, outsourcing, and asset-light models across multiple manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-mix, low-volume operations.
• Strong lean/Six Sigma, outsourcing, strategic sourcing and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution across supply chain, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Lead site operations across multiple manufacturing locations in Asia and drive improvements.
• Build asset-light operating model through outsourcing and improve productivity and cost efficiency.
