Responsibilities

• Support Project Delivery Executives in coordinating project operations, people, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan ahead to maintain clear priorities, schedules, and next steps.
• Assist with project setup, including workflows, documentation, trackers, guidelines, and channels.
• Guide and support our remote Data Annotator community on tasks.
• Respond to annotator questions and clarify project instructions.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks or quality issues.
• Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate work involving Mandarin and Cantonese language data.
• Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project administration and operational tasks accurately and on time.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and improve workflows.
