• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Technology, or related field.
• Willingness to travel internationally and overseas for testing assignments.
• Basic English and Chinese communication skills for daily coordination.
• Familiarity with vehicle functions and intelligent automotive systems is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle road tests and evaluate vehicle functions and performance.
• Operate and test in-vehicle systems, smart devices, and automotive features.
• Support Android-based system debugging using basic ADB commands.
• Assist with OTA software updates, installation, and maintenance.
• Record test results, identify issues, and provide feedback to the project team.
• Follow testing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Travel internationally for overseas testing assignments when required.

Position: Overseas Vehicle Road Test Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Vehicle Road Test Engineer to join our automotive testing projects in Malaysia and overseas.

The ideal candidate should have good driving skills, basic technical knowledge, and a willingness to learn and work in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle road tests and evaluate vehicle functions and performance.
• Operate and test in-vehicle systems, smart devices, and automotive features.
• Support Android-based system debugging using basic ADB commands.
• Assist with OTA software updates, installation, and maintenance.
• Record test results, identify issues, and provide feedback to the project team.
• Follow testing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Travel internationally for overseas testing assignments when required.

Requirements

• Valid Malaysian passport and willingness to travel internationally.
• Valid driving licence with confident and safe driving skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle functions, intelligent systems, and automotive technology.
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of Android ADB commands and OTA updates is an advantage.
• Basic Chinese communication skills for daily communication and work coordination.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with an international team.
