FIT Pioneer Resources is seeking a proactive professional to manage complete vehicle export projects and develop business in international automotive trade. You will build and sustain relationships with overseas customers, oversee export orders from negotiation to delivery, and ensure compliant documentation and smooth logistics.
The role requires knowledge of Incoterms, strong English skills, and familiarity with vehicle export processes, customs, and payment collections.
This role involves managing complete vehicle export projects and business development in international automotive trade. You will establish and maintain customer relationships across overseas markets, manage export orders from negotiation through delivery, handle documentation and customs clearance, coordinate logistics, and ensure financial settlement and compliance with international trade regulations.
Establish contacts with headquarters in China and customers in overseas export countries/markets, following company business plans and market regulations to ensure exported products meet market demands
Maintain existing customer channels and coordinate after-sales inquiries, complaints, returns and exchanges to improve customer satisfaction
Respond to order demands from export countries/markets, complete order plan submissions to China headquarters, and track production, logistics, assembly and shipment processes
Follow up on complete vehicle export orders, confirm vehicle conditions including PDI inspection and key handover, and prevent ownership disputes
Follow up on complete export document sets including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and vehicle export licenses to ensure document consistency and compliant release
Track shipping schedules for ro-ro vessels or container ships, arrange inland trailer transport to port, and monitor logistics status during transit
Assist overseas agents or customers in completing customs clearance, tax payment and vehicle handover procedures at destination ports
Track payment collection including T/T and L/C, cooperate with finance department on payment verification and export tax rebate material preparation
Bachelor's degree or above
Entry-level positions: 1-3 years of foreign trade experience
Mid-to-senior level positions: 3-5 years of experience in exporting complete vehicles or auto parts, with familiarity of pilot policies and procedures for exporting complete vehicles
Experience in complete vehicle export project management and familiarity with the whole process including business negotiation, import AP application, export AP application, customs declaration and inspection, logistics booking, document preparation and payment collection
Understanding of passenger vehicle structure, configuration differences, and emission standards
Familiarity with import tariffs and certification requirements of target countries such as EAC and GCC, able to identify trade friction risks and ensure business compliance
Strong resilience and cross-cultural adaptability
Knowledge of international trade practices and familiarity with Incoterms
Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Proficiency in Chinese is added advantages
Basic understanding of vehicle structure and Market Access standards of various countries
Familiarity with new energy vehicle export business
