Job summary

NTT DATA in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned VDI Systems Integration Advisor to deliver robust, scalable virtual desktop and app delivery solutions. You will work with Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V in large enterprise environments, collaborating with clients and cross functional teams.

The role requires strong English, 5+ years in IT infra, and the ability to manage incidents, handle on-call, and contribute to design and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT infrastructure implementation experience.
• 5+ years of engineering and/or support related to VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization environments (Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, Horizon).
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Strong knowledge of Windows networking, Active Directory, and profile management.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support on all escalated incidents from lower levels of support.
• Respond to critical monitoring alerts and outages.
• Assess and implement complex VDI / App Delivery projects using various technologies.
• Support configurations for Citrix, VMware and MS Hyper-V platforms.
• Develop repeatable standards and implementation processes for consistency.
• Interact with clients, account managers, and peers to support VDI/App Delivery environments.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge bases.
• Drive high severity incidents and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Adhere to Change Management and ITIL processes.
