Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales team supervision, ideally in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work under pressure.
  • High level of discipline, accountability, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Must possess valid GDL and driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate van sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share.
  • Work outstation regularly to explore new areas and drive market expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Train and coach team members to improve selling skills and customer service.
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective action where needed.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for stock accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Manage sales budget and resource allocation.
  • Report & Presentations weekly and monthly sales performance to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
