Job summary

Excellent Transport & Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible full-time PSV Van Driver to join our team in Johor Bahru.

You will transport passengers across Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia, handling airport transfers, private tours and long-distance trips. A valid PSV licence is essential and cross-border travel is expected. Fluent Mandarin and basic English are preferred, and you should be comfortable working a roster that includes early mornings, nights, weekends

Qualifications

• Must hold PSV licence and a valid Malaysian driving licence suitable for the vehicle.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin for customer service; basic English preferred.
• Must hold a valid passport and travel between Malaysia and Singapore.
• Familiar with routes in Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia.
• Experience in airport transfers, private tours or passenger transport preferred.
• No serious traffic offences; be punctual and well-groomed.
• Able to work according to the trip roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to handle outstation and overnight trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide airport transfers, private transfers, private tours and long-distance transportation.
• Transport passengers safely throughout Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia.
• Ensure pickups and drop-offs are completed safely and on time.
• Assist passengers with their luggage when required.
• Use Google Maps or Waze to plan suitable routes.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before every trip.
• Report vehicle problems, accidents or traffic summonses immediately.
• Communicate politely with customers and the operations team.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel, toll and parking expenses.
