Job summary

Excellent Transport & Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is hiring a full-time PSV Van Driver to serve Johor Bahru, Singapore and nearby areas.

The role requires a PSV license, a valid passport, and fluency in Mandarin with Bahasa Malaysia; English is a plus. You will work on a roster and may undertake outstation trips with compensation comprising base salary plus commissions and allowances. The position is on-site in Johor Bahru, offering a competitive monthly salary range and benefits, including

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PSV licence and a Malaysian driving licence for the vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin for customer service purposes.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is preferred.
• Must hold a valid passport and travel between Malaysia and Singapore.
• Familiar with routes in Johor Bahru, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Experience in airport transfers, private tours or passenger transport preferred.
• Good driving record with no serious traffic offences.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, polite and well-groomed.
• Able to work according to the trip roster, including odd hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to handle outstation and overnight trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide airport transfers, private transfers, private tours and long-distance transportation.
• Transport passengers safely throughout Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia.
• Ensure pickups and drop-offs are completed safely and on time.
• Assist passengers with luggage when required.
• Use Google Maps or Waze to plan routes.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before every trip.
• Report vehicle problems, accidents or traffic summonses immediately.
• Communicate politely with customers and the operations team.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel, toll and parking expenses.
