Job summary

Excellent Transport & Travel Services Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible, full-time PSV Van Driver based in Johor Bahru to handle airport transfers, private tours, and long-distance trips across Johor Bahru, Singapore, and wider Malaysia.

You will follow a roster including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays to ensure timely service. Candidates must hold a PSV licence and Malaysian driving licence, communicate in Mandarin for customer service, and travel between Malaysia and

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PSV licence and a valid Malaysian driving licence suitable for the assigned vehicle.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin for customer service purposes.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia. Basic English is preferred.
• Must hold a valid passport and be able to travel between Malaysia and Singapore.
• Familiar with routes in Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia.
• Experience in airport transfers, private tours or passenger transportation is preferred.
• Must have a good driving record with no serious traffic offences.
• Responsible, punctual, honest, polite and well-groomed.
• Able to work according to the trip roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to handle outstation and overnight trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide airport transfers, private transfers, private tours and long-distance transportation.
• Transport passengers safely throughout Johor Bahru, Singapore and other parts of Malaysia.
• Ensure all pickups and drop-offs are completed safely and on time.
• Assist passengers with their luggage when required.
• Use Google Maps or Waze to plan suitable routes.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections before every trip.
• Report vehicle problems, accidents or traffic summonses immediately.
• Communicate politely with customers and the operations team.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel, toll and parking expenses.
