Job summary

Pantech Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Technical Engineer to provide technical sales support for valve actuators and related flow-control products in Pasir Gudang. The role involves assisting in actuator selection, sizing, and handling technical inquiries.

You will prepare quotations, documentation, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and factories. Travel to sites for installation, testing, and commissioning is required, with hands-on, reliable performance expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel and attend site work
• Hands-on, responsible, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of valves, actuators, and control systems will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support for valve actuators
• Assist in actuator selection, sizing and technical inquiries
• Prepare quotations, technical submissions and documentation
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and factories on actuator requirements
• Support on-site actuator installation, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
• Assist sales team with customer visits and project follow-up
• Provide technical support for valves and related flow-control products

Education

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
