Job summary

ACTTEC SYSTEMS SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot and repair actuators at customer sites. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose technical issues, and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and manuals.

Willing to travel and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair actuators at customer sites.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to company procedures.
Diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions.
Attend customer service calls and respond to equipment breakdowns or technical issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and engineering teams for spare parts and technical issues.
Travel to customer sites when required.
