Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is launching a brand-new regional Financial Advisory Delivery Platform in Kuala Lumpur and seeks an exceptional Associate Director or Director to lead the Valuations practice. This greenfield role focuses on building the team, designing the operating model, and delivering high-quality valuations across APAC with a clear path to partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with professional valuations credentials.
• 8 to 15 years of relevant Valuations experience in professional services.
• Experience building and leading CoE or offshore teams.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to operate across APAC with cross-border teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Valuations practice within the Kuala Lumpur CoE.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a 5–8 person team in year one.
• Collaborate with APAC leaders to deliver complex valuations for audit support and advisory.
• Develop templates, data sources, and quality assurance processes.
• Contribute to strategic platform expansion into adjacent service lines.
