Job summary

GLOBAL REMOTE PARTNERS SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to lead valuation and financial analysis for VRG clients. The role requires strong analytical skills and professional credentials such as CFA, ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, CAIA or FRM.

You will oversee valuation engagements, develop financial models, and guide client discussions across multiple jurisdictions with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong valuation and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with valuation engagements across industries.
• Familiarity with DCF, multiples and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review valuation assignments using DCF, Capitalization of Maintainable Earnings, asset/cost approach.
• Perform comparable company and transaction analysis.
• Calculate and assess trading and transaction multiples.
• Assess earnings quality and normalization adjustments.
• Assess working capital and capital expenditure requirements.
• Review budgets and financial forecasts.
• Conduct industry and market analysis.
• Determine discount rates and key valuation assumptions.
• Assist with scoping and planning valuation engagements.
• Develop project plans and manage engagement deliverables.
• Lead information requests and coordinate management discussions.
• Communicate valuation findings to senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues.
• Manage multiple engagements with deadlines.
• Prepare and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare schedules and working papers.
• Prepare draft valuation reports for Director review.
• Ensure reports explain methodology and conclusions.
• For less complex valuations, prepare draft reports with minimal amendments.
• Address review comments and finalize deliverables.
