Job summary

Knight Frank in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Senior Manager/Manager to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will conduct property valuations across asset classes, perform market analysis, and prepare detailed valuation reports in line with professional standards.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 5 years of valuation experience, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field.
• 5 years of corporate property valuation experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and valuation reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and gather relevant data.
• Analyse comparable sales, rental evidence and market trends.
• Prepare valuation calculations using methods (Comparative, Income Capitalisation, DCF, etc.).
• Prepare valuation reports in line with professional standards.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to support project delivery.
• Maintain accurate valuation records and documentation.
