Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Valuation, Real Estate, Estate Management, Property Management or a related field.
• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant property valuation experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a valid driving licence.
• Own transport is preferred.
• Willing to work on-site in Kajang, Selangor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and collect relevant property information.
• Carry out market research and analyse comparable property transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of valuation reports and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, property owners and other relevant parties where required.

• Support the valuation team in other related professional assignments when required.
