Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to transform complex requirements into intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile apps. You will conduct user research, craft personas and journeys, and translate insights into wireframes and high-fidelity visuals.

You'll collaborate with product owners, developers, and analysts in an Agile environment, ensure responsive, accessible designs, and contribute to design systems and handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, HCI, Design or related field.
• 2–5 years of UI/UX design experience for web/mobile/enterprise apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch; prototyping and design handoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews and requirement analysis to understand objectives and pain points.
• Create personas, journeys, flows, and information architecture to support design decisions.
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mock-ups and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile.
• Design visually consistent interfaces with responsive layouts and accessibility.
