Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design, typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of AI design tools and generative AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
• Analyze user feedback and product metrics to improve usability and user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized across devices and screen sizes.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design best practices, and AI tools.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
