Job summary

NSS IT Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer / Product Designer to craft intuitive digital experiences across web, mobile and enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with Product, Tech and QA teams to translate user needs into elegant design solutions.

You should have a strong portfolio, proficiency in Figma, and experience building design systems, conducting user research, and creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design, HCI or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process.
• Proficient in Figma with components, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Knowledge of design systems, usability testing and responsive design.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer / Product Designer to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences across web, mobile and enterprise applications. You will work closely with Product, Business, Development and QA teams to turn user and business requirements into effective design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for web, mobile and enterprise applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis and usability testing to identify user needs and improve product experience.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear and practical design solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QA throughout the product development process.
• Build, maintain and improve design systems, UI components and design guidelines.
• Prepare design specifications, assets and documentation for development handover.
• Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Support design reviews and provide guidance to junior designers or interns when required.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, tools and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple design tasks and projects while meeting project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design or a related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design, problem-solving and end-to-end design processes.
• Proficient in Figma, including components, Auto Layout and prototyping.
• Good understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and responsive design.
• Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong visual design skills with good understanding of typography, colour, layout and spacing.
• Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is an added advantage.
