Job summary

Moxy Putrajaya is seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Cleanliness Expert (Uniform Attendant) to keep crew looking sharp and to support overall cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel. You will handle uniforms and linens, coordinate laundry, and assist the Housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet MOXY standards.

You should be organized, able to manage inventory, keep accurate records, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and collect Crew uniforms according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of uniforms issued, returned, cleaned, or in storage.
• Inspect uniforms for wear and tear, arranging replacements as needed.
• Conduct regular inventories of uniforms, linens, and laundry supplies.
• Monitor movement of hotel linens and guest laundry, ensuring accurate counts and timely processing.
• Maintain organized uniform and linen storage areas.
• Support Housekeeping operations by assisting with guest room and public area cleaning when required.
• Respond to guest and operational requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
