Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and on-time customer deliveries.
• Collaborate with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delays or customer issues.
• Monitor shipment status and update stakeholders as required.
• Operate systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools.
• Assist customers via email, phone, and ticketing systems with professional communication.
• Support operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.

Operations at Castlery makes it all work streamlining processes and elevating every customer touchpoint. Success in this role means our UK deliveries run to plan, exceptions are caught and resolved before they reach the customer, and every stakeholder involved knows exactly where things stand.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, and return deliveries to ensure smooth operations and successful customer deliveries.
• Work closely with delivery partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve delivery delays, exceptions, or customer issues.
• Monitor shipment status and update customers or stakeholders when required.
• Handle operational support tasks using systems such as NetSuite, TMS, Gladly, and other internal tools.
• Support customers through email, phone calls, and ticketing systems with clear and professional communication.
• Assist with operational reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.
• Support team projects and process improvements to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Employment type: 12-month contract, renewable subject to performance and business requirements

Location: Hab GRID, Sunway Iskandar, Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Work Arrangement

• Candidates based in Johor Bahru: fully onsite at our Sunway Iskandar office
• Candidates based elsewhere in Malaysia: fully remote

Working Hours This role supports the UK market and follows the below schedule.

• 1pm – 10pm MYT (Non-Daylight Savings)
• 2pm – 11pm MYT (Daylight Savings)

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, customer service, supply chain, or related work environments.
• Comfortable coordinating with external vendors, delivery partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm in fast-paced situations.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.
• Comfortable using systems and operational tools such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or ticketing platforms.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields is preferred
