Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a UX & Creative Technologist to translate product requirements into user journeys, functional designs, and interactive prototypes using modern and AI-powered tools. You will bridge product and engineering, turning concepts into practical, usable interfaces.

In this role, you will design flows, collaborate with product managers and developers, deliver wireframes and mockups on schedule, and continuously refine designs based on feedback and usability testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in UX/UI design or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with modern design tools and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools.
• Strong UX design and interaction design understanding.
• Ability to convert requirements into structured design outputs.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design user journeys, flows, and interaction models based on product requirements.
• Translate high-level functional requirements into structured UX solutions.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency in user experience.
• Use AI tools to generate wireframes and prototypes.
• Convert requirements into functional designs, system flows, and UI interactions.
• Develop interactive prototypes for validation and development reference.
• Work closely with Product Managers to clarify requirements and define UX solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are buildable and scalable.
• Deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes within timelines.
• Ensure adherence to design systems and standards.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
• Incorporate user feedback and usability testing insights into design updates.
• Continuously adopt new tools, especially AI-powered design capabilities.
• Improve efficiency and quality through workflow enhancements.

TheUX & Creative Technologistis responsible forconverting product requirements intouser journeys, functional designs, and interactive prototypesusing modern and AI-powered tools (e.g., Figma Make).

This role ensures that product concepts are translated into practical, user-friendly, and technically implementable designs, acting as a key bridge between product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. UX Design & User Journey Creation

• Design user journeys, flows, and interaction models based on product requirements.
• Translate high-level functional requirements into structured UX solutions.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency in user experience.

2. AI-Assisted Prototyping & Functional Design

• Use AI tools (e.g.,Figma Make, AI prototyping tools) to generate wireframes and prototypes.
• Convert requirements intofunctional designs, system flows, and UI interactions.
• Develop interactive prototypes for validation and development reference.

3. Collaboration with Product & Engineering

• Work closely with Product Managers to clarify requirements and define UX solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are buildable and scalable.

4. Design Execution & Delivery

• Deliver wireframes,mockups, and prototypes within timelines.
• Ensure adherence to design systems and standards.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and testing.

Requirements

Education & Experience
