Job summary

Ricebowl is seeking a UX Designer to review and enhance the user experience across our website, job portal, and digital products. You will conduct user research, usability testing, and journey analysis to translate needs into practical UX solutions.

The role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and user flows, plus the ability to work closely with Product Managers and Developers to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design or User Experience.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design and usability principles.
• Experience designing digital products, websites or SaaS/platform products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, user flows and problem-solving, not only visual/UI design.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, wireframing and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve the user experience across our website, job portal and digital products.
• Identify usability issues, user frustrations and unnecessary steps within existing user journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing and user journey analysis to understand user behaviour.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into practical UX solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and UX recommendations.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to implement UX improvements.
• Review existing features and designs to ensure they are intuitive, practical and easy to use.
• Be hands-on in designing, testing and improving solutions rather than only providing direction.
